Purpose:

You exemplify superior customer service skills by responding to all customer / client inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. You are self motivated and can work under limited supervision and excel at managing multiple priorities, while working in an extremely fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and take necessary messages
• Receive visitors
• Receive office-related deliveries, distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail and courier deliveries
• Maintain level of office supplies
• Involved with general accounting duties (assist with payroll)
• Assist colleagues when necessary with document completions, scheduling, etc
• Make sure meeting rooms are clean

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years administrative experience
• Post secondary education
• 35 WPM typing
• Strong computer skills in word, excel, power point and outlook
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Team Player and detail oriented
• Bilingualism in English and French a strong asset
• Past payroll (accounting) experience an asset
