This position reports to the Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner
- Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs
- Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support
- Maintain excellence in detail and customer service
- Promote team work within all departments
- Consistently follow up with customers on the progress of customer service related issues
- Process furniture warranty claims
- Understand compliant with all Brick Group policies & procedures
- Review and follow up on operational reports on a daily basis
- Ensure 100% customer satisfaction
- Assist in the training of new operations staff
- Handle escalated customer service issues and offer solutions
- Increase location profitability and efficiency
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Strong customer service focusExperience in a customer service or sales role (retail environment asset)High school diploma or equivalentExceptional communication skills both written and verbalExcellent interpersonal and problem solving skills
Proven ability to multitask and maintain organizationMinimize errors and ensure a high-level of data entry accuracy
Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programsFlexibility to work all shifts including evenings and weekends as requiredWhy The Brick
