We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer who is highly proficient in Autodesk, CAD / CAM, and all major CNC programming software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate programs, optimizing machining processes, and supporting production teams to ensure high-quality output.
Responsibilities :
- Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs using Autodesk, CAD / CAM, and other industry-standard software.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to develop precise machining instructions.
- Set up tooling, cutting paths, and machining parameters for efficient production.
- Collaborate with machinists and production staff to troubleshoot issues and improve workflow.
- Ensure programs meet quality, accuracy, and safety standards.
- Maintain documentation, tooling libraries, and revision histories.
- Assist in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
Requirements :
