About the Opportunity
  • Process customer billings, including progress and service invoices, ensuring accurate coding, approvals, and timely entry.
  • Support accounts payable coordination related to project or service billing.
  • Manage full-cycle accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, customer setup and maintenance, and account reconciliations.
  • Record daily cash receipts and communicate payment updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and process required billing and payment documentation in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Review and monitor accounts receivable aging reports, identifying overdue accounts and supporting collection efforts.
  • Respond to accounts receivable inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain customer records and supporting documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to invoices and payments.
  • Reconcile accounts receivable subledger to the general ledger and assist with month-end activities.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts to support cash flow and collections.
  • Work cross-functionally with finance and operations teams to resolve issues and improve processes.
About You
  • Minimum 2–3 years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with large data sets.
  • Experience with accounting or ERP systems is an asset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable, proactive, and process improvement–oriented.

Salary Range
$50,000 - $60,000 / year
