Responsabilités Principale

  • Gérer les appels de nos clients (nous ne sommes pas un centre de télémarketing)
  • Répondre de manière professionnelle aux appelants, fournir et prendre de l'information des appelants
  • Recevoir et acheminer les messages critiques vers le personnel de garde en priorisant les appels d'urgence
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients de manière professionnelle et précis

Les aptitudes requises et recherchées

  • Attitude positive et enthousiaste
  • Une très bonne maitrise de la grammaire anglaise et française
  • Être à l'aise à l'informatique, notamment avec le système d'exploitation Windows
  • Être ponctuel
  • Capacité d'apprentissage rapide et savoir écrire 36 mots par minute
  • Diplôme d'études secondaire ou équivalent (préférable)
  • Aimer travailler en équipe

Nos positions exigent des candidats qui possèdent une grande attention aux détails et au traitement logique. Nous gérons des appels qui proviennent de plusieurs clients en Amérique du Nord. Il y aura ainsi de nombreuses activités et de défis à résoudre quotidiennement.

Quarts de travail offerts :

  • Temps plein (35 à 40 heures) par semaine, de 8h00 et 23h00 HNE
  • Disponibilité 24h/24 et 7j/7
  • Vous devez être disponible pour travailler les fins de semaine
  • Quarts de travail de jour et de soir disponibles pour inclure au minimum le Samedi, Dimanche et le Lundi

Pendant:

La première semaine de formation suivra un emploi du temps fractionné. Le lundi et le mardi de 13h30 à 21h30 EST, suivis du mercredi au vendredi de 9h00 à 17h00 EST. Veuillez noter que ces horaires sont approximatifs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound phone calls from our clients (we are not a telemarketing centre)
  • Professionally greet callers, provide and request required information
  • Relay and route critical messages to on-call personnel by prioritizing emergency calls
  • Responding to customer requests professionally and with accurate information

General Job Requirements

  • A friendly and upbeat voice and a positive attitude
  • Good grammar and spelling as well as a professional demeanor
  • Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
  • Call Centre Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Punctual with great attendance
  • Fast learner and be able to type well (at least 35 words per minute)
  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Be a 'team player'!

Education:

  • Secondary School (Required)

Our positions require candidates that are very detail oriented and process information logically. We handle calls for a large number of accounts and so there is always a lot of activity and new challenges to face and resolve daily!

Compensation: $22.00/hour

Shifts Offered:

  • Full Time (35-40 hours) per week
  • Shifts between 8am-11pm EST
  • 24/7 availability
  • You must be available to work weekends
  • Daytime and Evening shifts available to include a minimum of Saturday, Sunday, and Monday
  • The first week of training will follow a split schedule. Monday and Tuesday, 1:30pm-9:30pm EST, followed by Wednesday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST. Please keep in mind that these times are approximate.

Equipment and Facilites:

  • You must provide a PC/Laptop with Windows 11 or above
  • High Speed Internet, direct ethernet cable connected
  • You must provide a USB Headset
  • Must have a quiet and distraction-free office space or room with a door closed for confidentiality

Speed Test: Before applying, please conduct a free speed test online. As stated, you will NOT be able to work off Wi-Fi, HOWEVER, for this speed test, you can use Wi-Fi on your smart phone, tablet or personal computer.

Instructions:

  • Make sure you are connected to Wi-Fi and not cellular.
  • Go to fast on any browser. The test will begin to load automatically. Let it run until it gives you a final download speed.
  • When download speed is final, click "Show More Info" to begin testing upload speed.
  • Keep your Download and Upload speeds handy in the event that the manager contacts you regarding the position.
