Alteo is seeking an IT Infrastructure Tech Lead for a permanent position based in Montreal.
*** Hybrid work: 2 days in the office per week ***
As part of a well-established small-to-medium-sized business offering exciting challenges, you will be responsible for implementing best practices in IT infrastructure. You will have a significant impact by improving processes related to systems, networks, IT security, DevOps, vendor management, and team coaching.
You are an experienced Systems/Network Administrator with excellent analytical skills and a keen sense of organization and priority management. You have an entrepreneurial/builder mindset, are engaged, and results-oriented. You are a strong communicator and are committed to mentoring junior colleagues.

Alteo recherche un Tech Lead Infrastructures TI pour un emploi permanent basé à Montréal.
*** Travail hybride : 2 jours au bureau / semaine ***
Au sein d'une PME bien établie et offrant de beaux défis, vous serez responsable de mettre en place les bonnes pratiques au niveau de l'infrastructure TI. Vous aurez un impact important en améliorant les processus au niveau des systèmes, réseaux, sécurité des TI, DevOps, gestion des fournisseurs et coaching d'équipe.
Vous êtes un Administrateur de systèmes / réseau d'expérience, doté d'une excellente capacité d'analyse, ainsi que d'un sens aigu pour l'organisation et la gestion des priorités. Vous avez un esprit d'entrepreneur / bâtisseur, vous êtes impliqué et orienté résultats. Vous êtes un bon communicateur et avez à coeur de jouer un rôle de mentor auprès de collaborateurs plus junior.
