Associate should have 12 15 years of experience in performance testing and performance engineering.
Strong expertise in performance engineering with hands-on experience in providing architecture design recommendations and performance tuning solutions.
Ability to understand application architecture, identify components requiring performance evaluation, and perform deep-dive analysis.
Capable of understanding intake requests, identifying areas of impact across the application landscape, and defining the scope of performance testing activities.
Excellent hands-on expertise in JMeter. Knowledge of Locust and K6 is an added advantage. Should be able to develop scripts, solution accelerators, and custom stubs. Experience across the end-to-end Performance Development Lifecycle (PDLC), including root cause analysis to identify and resolve performance defects.
Strong monitoring and observability experience, preferably using Datadog, Splunk, and AWS CloudWatch. Experience in setting up monitoring and observability dashboards is required.
Good understanding of the Retail domain, particularly Order Management Systems (OMS), Inventory Management, and end-to-end order processing workflows, with specific knowledge of Sterling OMS functionalities.
Expertise in cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes/POD environments, and CI/CD setup is required.
Ability to monitor databases, identify performance-impacting queries, and provide tuning recommendations.
