Job description
We are looking for skilled and reliable MHE Operators to join our team in Delta. This is a dynamic role that balances machine operation with physical warehouse tasks. You will be responsible for picking and packing orders, receiving shipments, and performing put-aways.

While the primary focus is on the Reach Truck and Order Picker, you will also receive training on the Dock Stocker.

Location: Delta, BC

Pay Rate: $25/hr - $26/hr

Available shifts:
05:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday)
12:30 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. (Monday – Friday)

Responsibilities
Machine Operation (50%): Safely operate Reach Trucks and Order Pickers to move, stack, and retrieve inventory.

General Labour (50%): Manually lift and move items (up to 50 lbs), pack orders, and maintain a clean workspace.

Inventory & Accuracy: Focus on Inventory Control, including cycle counting and high-detail audits.

Qualifications
Licensing: Must possess a valid, external Forklift License (Reach and Order Picker). We cannot accept in-house or expired certifications at this time.

Experience: 12–18 months of proven experience operating MHE in a fast-paced environment.

Transportation: This location is not accessible by bus. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle.

Safety Gear: Must have your own Steel-Toed Boots and a Fall Arrest harness/certification.

Commitment: High reliability is a must.
