Completed PCP designation through the National Payroll Institute. 3+ years of payroll experience. Unionized construction payroll experience is an asset. Ability to multi‑task and prioritize in a deadline‑driven environment. Experience with JD Edwards or other ERP systems is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables).

Responsibilities
- Work with unions to interpret and update wage schedules, burden tables, and monthly union reconciliations.
- Accurately and timely process end‑to‑end payrolls and payments via direct deposit, including new employeeup and terminations with electronic ROE through Service Canada.
- Respond to payroll inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare annual year‑end requirements including T4, RL1, T2200, and related statements.
