Are you a hands-on problem solver who loves keeping things running smoothly? Rise Air is looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Saskatoon, SK.

Under the guidance of the General Manager, this position provides coordination, and direction for all aspects of building operations and systems at all bases. The coordinator ensures base sites, building structures and all related buildings and systems are effectively operated and maintained with a high level of service to protect the company's assets, employees and the public.

🌟 What you'll do:

• Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and repairs of Rise Air facilities
• Manage contractors and service providers to keep everything top-notch
• Monitor HVAC, plumbing, and other building systems
• Lead renovation, and improvement projects
• Maintain grounds, landscaping, snow removal, and irrigation
• Respond to emergencies and support business recovery plans
• Track budgets, expenses, and authorizations
• Prepare work plans, reports, and updates for leadership

🛫 What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years' experience in facilities management or related field
• Journeyperson certificate, technical diploma or Facilities management administrator (FMA) designation will be considered an asset
• Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, mechanical, and security
• Leadership, problem-solving, and excellent people management skills
• Ability to lift 100 lbs, work outdoors, and handle physically demanding tasks
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and be on-call as needed
