Responsible for supporting the National Quotations Department and Wolseley Sales teams through order execution, expediting, documentation coordination, and ensuring compliance with customer and technical requirements.

What you will do:
- Support the National Quotations Department and Wolseley Sales staff
- Execute customer purchase orders accurately and in accordance with customer requirements
- Expedite internal purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of materials, including participation in customer expediting meetings
- Ensure product is received as required, including material specifications, additional testing, and tagging requirements
- Create customer shipping releases based on specific customer requirements
- Complete customer documentation packages, including managing vendor drawings and technical data submissions, document revisions, and submission of documents through customer-specified procedures
- Provide primary support to the Edmonton branch, with potential support for technical project work for other branches and divisions
- Support and expedite day-to-day activities with the Edmonton inside sales team based on workload
- Other related administrative and project support tasks
What you will bring:
- Experience supporting quotations, sales, or project coordination functions
- Technical knowledge of materials and specifications, or a strong willingness and ability to learn technical information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in orders, documentation, and specifications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication and listening skills to work with internal teams, vendors, and customers
- Team oriented and collaborative
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Ability to exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to continuous learning to ensure technical requirements are understood
- Knowledge of the AS400 system (an asset)
