What you'll do : 🛡 Health & Safety
Develop, implement, and improve the Group's OHS prevention program
Support managers in implementing best safety practices
Conduct inspections, risk analyses, and accident investigations
Coordinate the OHS committees of the various companies
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (CNESST, LSST, etc.)
🌿 Well-being & culture
Deploy initiatives that promote mental health and overall well-being
Promote a caring, inclusive, and safe culture
Develop awareness and training campaigns
Be an agent of positive and mobilizing change
📈 Strategy & Indicators
Monitor OHS and well-being performance indicators
Propose concrete actions to reduce risks and improve working conditions
Collaborate closely with HR, operations, and management teams
Your ideal profile :
🔹 Training in health and safety, the environment, HR, or a related field
🔹 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
🔹 Knowledge of Quebec's OHS legal framework
🔹 Motivating leadership and hands-on approach
🔹 Organizational skills, rigor, and team spirit
🔹 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills communication
