Schedule:
Monday to Thursday 7:30am-4:00pm
1 weekend per month

The wage for this Practice Lead position is $28-$34/hour depending on skills, experience, and location.
Please note that this is a replacement job opening.
Your Role:
- Lead, coach, and support the dental administrative team to drive productivity, engagement, and patient retention.
- Coordinate effective communication between front and back-office teams.
- Manage patient concerns and conflicts, escalating to the Practice Manager as needed.
- Oversee and optimize appointment scheduling to meet daily production goals with minimal open chair time.
- Ensure pre-authorizations, appointment confirmations, and cancellation prevention processes are completed in advance.
- Engage new patients before and after their first visit to deliver a positive and consistent patient experience.
About You:
- Minimum 3-5 years of Dental Administration experience is required.
- Leadership experience is considered an asset.
- Clinical background and experience with dental software programs is required.
