What you will be doing:

• Develop and configure a new Drupal 11 digital services platform

• Build reusable and accessible React components

• Develop Drupal Twig components that align with corresponding React components

• Contribute to a shared component library using atomic design principles

• Implement consistent styling across Drupal and React applications

• Build and configure Azure infrastructure required by the application

• Create and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps

• Integrate Azure AI Search and retrieval based functionality where required

• Develop secure application integrations and web services

• Participate fully in Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, demonstrations, and retrospectives

• Work closely with product owners, designers, architects, developers, and business stakeholders

• Provide technical recommendations and identify delivery risks early

• Review code and support team development standards

• Use AI assisted development tools to improve requirements, development, testing, and code quality

• Help improve the team’s Agile delivery practices and overall delivery maturity.

What you must have:

• Extensive professional software development experience

• Strong recent experience building applications using Drupal 10 or Drupal 11

• Demonstrated experience building Drupal applications from the ground up

• Strong React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript development experience

• Experience creating reusable, component driven user interfaces

• Strong experience with Twig templating and Drupal front end development

• Hands on experience configuring and deploying solutions within Microsoft Azure

• Experience creating automated build and deployment pipelines using Azure DevOps

• Strong understanding of modern software engineering, source control, testing, and code review practices

• Significant experience working as a fully contributing member of an Agile Scrum team

• Ability to work independently, identify required tasks, and deliver with limited direction

• Strong communication skills and willingness to provide direct and constructive technical advice

• Experience working collaboratively with internal development and product teams

Salary/Rate Range: $90.00 - $105.00 per hour
