Job description

Our Client is looking for a Intermediate Bilingual SharePoint Developer to create a new intranet site on the department's SharePoint platform and support their migration away from their Drupal 7 platform, and this version is at the end of its life cycle. The Client has decided to migrate its intranet site to "SharePoint in Microsoft " technology, since it already owns the platform and user licenses. To carry out this project, the Client would like to call on the services of a resource with expertise in the implementation of SharePoint intranet sites, who will be able to offer a complete advisory and support service for the implementation of its new intranet.

The objective is to create a new intranet site on the department's SharePoint platform and migrate the content of the current intranet site (Drupal) to the new site

Tasks :

Organize and participate in a kick-off meeting with the Technical Authority. The purpose of this meeting is to introduce those involved in the redesign of the intranet site, clarify roles and responsibilities, look over the
Develop a milestone plan and timeline for the implementation of the new intranet site with estimated times for each task.
Submit a monthly progress report related to the plan and schedule to the Technical Authority.
Any other related tasks requested by the Technical Authority.
Meet with the Technical Authority before starting Work package 2 to discuss the associated tasks.
Participate in bi-weekly meetings with the Technical Authority to discuss progress of tasks.
Set up a group and access management function for the intranet site on SharePoint using personnel data in Azure Active directory, the goal being to provide an intranet (about pages) where it is possible to configure it so that user groups access content dedicated to them in a targeted manner.
Create custom page templates that incorporate the branding based on prototypes provided by the Technical Authority.

Must Haves :

Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance

3 years of HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, .NET and XML programming.

3 years of SharePoint development experience.

3 years of intranet sites in MS development

2 years of WCAG 2.0 and GC WET experience
