They are currently seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in managing high-rise projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage high-rise construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and external partners.
Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project close-out procedures.
Oversee procurement of materials and subcontractor services.
Utilize project management software to track and manage project deliverables.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Minimum of 12 plus years of experience in project management, with a focus on high-rise construction.
Proven track record of managing high-rise projects (40+ storeys) from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore, or similar).
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
