We're seeking a Senior Engineer to join our client in the Municipal Infrastructure Projects sector operating in Winnipeg. As a Senior Engineer, you will focus on planning, design and management of various infrastructure projects including; land development, site servicing, water and sewer renewals, roadway construction, and drainage management What We Offer : Salary range : CAD100,000 and CAD125,000Permanent position with a growth pathway to becoming a partner at the firmDynamic and collaborative environmentComprehensive health benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision; free parking What You Will Do : Lead the design and planning of infrastructure projects, including land development, site servicing, water and sewer renewals, roadway construction, and drainage management.Ensure adherence to design standards.Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.Manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Monitor third-party work and billing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with engineers, contractors, and clients.Adjust project plans based on feedback and changes in requirements. What We Are Looking For : Registered Professional Engineer with EGM or Technologist registered with CTTAM.Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing infrastructure and municipal projects, with a focus on roads, bridges, utilities, and water works.Proficiency in AutoCAD.Strong understanding of hydrological analysis and modeling for urban infrastructure planning and design.Valid Class 5 driver’s license.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Familiarity with municipal design standards.Project management experience managing cross functional teams and complex stakeholders.Our team is eager to connect with candidates who meet the job requirements.
