What will you do?
Ensure facilities are
secure in accordance with Edon Management’s standards and facility’s contract
requirements
Provide leadership and training to security guards to ensure proper
security of facilities, including those at new sites
Manage and respond to critical
incidents by coordinating staff for adequate response
Review incident reports and
investigate internal security issues as required
Perform hands-on security duties and provide back-up support in cases
of unscheduled security guard absences.

Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team of
staff to accomplish objectives
Proficient
