Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm

Responsibilities
• Set up and operate automatic and semi-automatic production machinery following detailed work instructions and blueprint specs.
• Load and unload hangers in the paint shop, perform spot welding, heat shrinking, and operate pneumatic pemserter presses.
• Process work orders, dispatch tasks, and log production metrics accurately using SAP and FactoryTalk Production Centre software.
• Perform deburring, grinding, and buffing operations with hand and power sanders to eliminate surface imperfections.
• Conduct quality inspections using Check-Do-Check processes and safely operate hoists and overhead cranes for material positioning.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in sheet metal fabrication, machine operation, and industrial component handling.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with demonstrated ability to read blueprints and technical process instructions.
• Practical experience utilizing hand, power, and deburring tools; resistance spot welding experience is a strong asset.
• Computer literacy to navigate ERP systems like SAP and FTPC for logging time and tracking job progress.
