Duties and Responsibilities: Create Revit drawings from mark-ups or based on instructions from team members.

Working as part of a collaborative team developing three dimensional BIM (Building Information Modeling) MEP models.

Assisting in creating new Revit families and content where required as well as modifying existing content.

Coordinate drawing production in line with project requirements and in conjunction with other disciplines.

Prepare Reference Models.

Organize and print drawing sets as requested in a timely manner.

Review drawings for quality control.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements: Diploma or Technical Training in Revit, AutoCAD, and/or Building design.

Strong working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.

Working knowledge of Navisworks and BIM360 is a strong asset.

Experience with reading and coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, Structural and Architectural drawings.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).

Ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.

Strong time management and organizational skills.

Detail oriented.
