Salary range (but not limited to):
94,200 - 115,200Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.
About the role
We’re looking for an AI Developer II to join our growing team!
What you'll do here:
Promote data exploitation and deliver AI-based and machine learning solutions used by the different teams of the organization and by customers.
Integrate a team with high visibility and which will offer you a wide array of challenges as part of projects involving speech recognition, image and data processing related to human behaviour, climate and geography, both in personal and commercial lines insurance.
Help evolve AI-based and machine-learning software products, while working on models required by the organization’s systems.
What you bring to the table:
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, mathematics or any combination of equivalent education and experience
5 years of experience in software development
Proficiency with Python
Excellent understanding of machine learning
A developer passionate about artificial intelligence, able to interact with software engineers, data scientists and R&D teams
An agent of change
Adept at translating a business problem into a technology solution
Comfortable working in complex environments that are constantly evolving and multidisciplinary team
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
