Job description
Tasks
- Participating in equipment installations and removals during relocations.
- Performing repairs both in-house and directly at client sites.
- Diagnosing technical issues and proposing effective solutions.
- Providing courteous and professional customer service.
- Writing intervention reports and ensuring thorough follow-up.
- Perform any other related duties.

Job requirements
- Vocational diploma (DEP) in electromechanics or college diploma (DEC) in instrumentation and control.
- Minimum 2 à 5 ans d’expérience en électromécanique.
- Solid knowledge of mechanics, electricity, basic electronics, computing, and micro-soldering.
- Functional bilingualism (French/English); the candidate must regularly interact with English-speaking clients 20% of the time.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness in execution.
