The Technical Lead is a technical expert and a leader who guides their team in the development and implementation of technological solutions. They have in-depth knowledge of the technologies used, resolve complex problems, and ensure constant technological watch. As a mentor, they coach and motivate their team members, fostering their growth and collaboration. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Technical Leadership & Expertise:
    • Maintain solid mastery of the team's technologies and a global view of the company's system architecture.
    • Analyze and solve complex technical problems, anticipating obstacles and proposing effective solutions.
    • Stay informed of the latest technological developments and evaluate their relevance to our projects.
    • Define strategies for non-functional testing, load testing, monitoring, automation, and troubleshooting to ensure product quality and lifecycle.
    • Drive continuous improvement by researching and implementing new work methods (e.g., Agile, DevOps) and tools.
  • Strategic Impact:
    • Ensure all technical solutions align with the company's business objectives and strategic growth.
    • Analyze user and business needs, service level requirements (availability, performance, security), and operational constraints.
    • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, justifying optimal solutions based on business impact.
  • Team Development & Mentorship:
    • Guide and support team members in their technical development and skill advancement.
    • Cultivate a positive, stimulating, and collaborative work environment.
    • Motivate the team to achieve objectives, especially during challenging periods or priority shifts.
    • Participate in project planning, organization, and monitoring to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
    • Analyze production data (logs, surveillance system) to identify root causes of problems and propose optimizations.
    • May be involved in recruitment and performance evaluation.
  • Communication & Collaboration:
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, other departments, and external stakeholders.
    • Facilitate seamless collaboration between technical and business teams, maintaining objective alignment.
    • Build and maintain an internal network to stay current with company practices.
    • May represent the technical team in meetings or presentations, explaining and defending technical choices.
    • Document and schematize complex technical workflows with precision.

*The working language is French. A perfect command of French (oral and written) is mandatory.


Your Profile and Essential Skills:

Qualifications (Mandatory):

  • BAC/AEC in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development.
  • *Bilingualism: Proficient in both French and English.
  • Mastery of Programming Languages: In-depth expertise in relevant languages (Java, Python, C++, C#, JavaScript, etc.).
  • Development Methodologies: Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and best development practices (unit tests, continuous integration, etc.).
  • Cloud Computing: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
