Manage end-to-end Oracle ERP Cloud consolidation programs (multi-instance to single instance). Drive program planning, execution, and governance across Finance, SCM, and related modules. Coordinate cross-functional teams (business, IT, SI partners) across geographies. Oversee financial consolidation, CoA harmonization, and data migration strategy. Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Ensure adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards. Support cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.
