Project Planning and Road mapping : Collaborate with technical teams to develop and maintain project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and priorities. Task Breakdown : Break down large, complex tasks into smaller, manageable pieces of work, ensuring clarity and focus for the team. Agile Facilitation : Facilitate agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure adherence to agile processes and principles. Bottleneck Identification : Proactively identify bottlenecks and risks and propose actionable solutions to keep projects on track. Work Allocation : Ensure team members have a steady stream of work, balancing workloads and priorities across teams. Metrics and KPIs : Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and work throughput. Process Optimization : Continuously evaluate and improve processes to optimize team efficiency and output.
