Cayuga Displays is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys coordinating projects from start to finish.

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, you'll oversee customer projects from order intake through production, delivery, and post-sale support while ensuring exceptional customer service and on-time project execution. You'll work closely with Sales, Production, Procurement, Engineering, and customers to keep projects moving efficiently and accurately.

What You'll Do

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring customer projects are delivered accurately, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage customer projects from order confirmation through production, delivery, and completion.
  • Confirm project scope, specifications, timelines, and customer requirements.
  • Ensure project information is complete, accurate, and properly documented before production begins.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and key accounts.
  • Manage project approvals, confirmations, customer sign-offs, and change requests.
  • Communicate project status, timelines, shipping details, and any schedule changes to customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely project updates.
  • Participate in production scheduling meetings and coordinate project priorities with Production.
  • Work closely with Procurement to manage specialty materials and long-lead components.
  • Collaborate with Sales to confirm product specifications and customer expectations.
  • Provide Engineering with the information required for drawings, specifications, and order releases.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or workflow bottlenecks.
  • Coordinate outsourced work and external vendor timelines.
  • Contribute ideas for improving project workflows and operational efficiency.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and support ongoing operational planning.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in Project Coordination or Project Management, preferably within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Eligible to work in Canada.
