Travailler dans un environnement de travail agréable, avec une équipe dévouée. Répondre à des appels et messages courriel des clients sur différents sujets tel que placer, suivre et vérifier les états des commandes, vérifier et corriger les erreurs de livraison, donner des autorisations de retour et vérifier les demandes de réconciliation des crédits. Communiquer à l’interne avec diffèrent départements afin de bien répondre aux demandes des clients. Être un bon support pour les clients à tous les jours.

Vos responsabilités principales :

• Aider les clients à placer, vérifier et suivre les commandes auprès des fournisseurs
• Communiquer avec les clients sur différents sujets tel que les corrections des erreurs de livraison, réconciliations des crédits, facturations manuelles des commandes au besoin et les raisons du refus d’un crédit, et effectuer les recherches nécessaires pour toutes demandes de crédit des clients
• Donner des autorisations de retour de marchandise au CD et demander aux fournisseurs des autorisations de retour au besoin pour les retours directs
• Répondre aux appels et courriels et diriger les clients au besoin vers le bon département
• Effectuer toutes autres tâches connexes demandées par le.la gestionnaire tel que mémo de changements de politiques ou messages d’annonce d’un changement

Pour vous joindre à notre équipe, il faut, entre autres :

• Bilinguisme, français et anglais, (parlé et écrit) car dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous aurez à collaborer fréquemment avec des clients internes à travers le Canada.
• Très bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel en particulier)
• Diplôme d’études collégiales (souhaitable) jumelé à 1 an d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
• Atouts : Rapidité et exactitude dans l’entrée des données et connaissance AS
