Transportation Equipment Network (TEN) est un fier leader nord-américain en équipements et solutions de transport. Nous offrons un service complet et disposons d'un parc diversifié de plus de 80 000 remorques, soutenu par un réseau de 240 baies de service, 118 camions de service mobile et plus de 430 mécaniciens qualifiés.

Superviser le comptoir de location et l'administration à notre succursale de Laval, afin d'assurer des opérations efficaces et axées sur le client au quotidien. Ce poste est également responsable de toutes les activités de la cour, incluant l'inspection d'entrée et de sortie des remorques.

Responsabilités principales :

  • Superviser la logistique des remorques, incluant l'entrée et la sortie, la répartition, la gestion des rendez-vous, ainsi que l'exactitude et la disponibilité des unités pour les clients.
  • Gérer les locations et les baux : ouverture/fermeture des dossiers, complétion de la documentation dans Enrich, tenue des registres et classement des contrats finalisés.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes de service pour traiter les réparations nécessaires et créer des dossiers de rétrofacturation pour les enjeux entrants.
  • Répondre aux demandes des clients, des ventes et des opérations, effectuer l'entrée de données, le traitement des commandes et utiliser l'expérience de conduite de shunt au besoin.

Qualifications :

  • Connaissance de l'industrie des remorques/du transport.
  • Permis de classe 1.
  • Compétences informatiques intermédiaires.
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles.
  • Esprit d'équipe, initiative et attitude axée sur l'apprentissage.

Operations Coordinator

Transportation Equipment Network (TEN) is proud North American leader in transportation equipment and solutions. We're full-service and fully loaded with an industry-leading diverse fleet of over 80,000 trailers and a support network of 240 service bays, 118 mobile service trucks, and 430+ skilled mechanics.

Oversee rental counter and administration at our Laval Branch, to ensure streamlined and customer-focused operations day to day. This position is also responsible for all yard activities, including the check-in and check-out of trailers

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Oversee trailer logistics, including check- in / Check – out, dispatching, appointments, and ensuring availability and accuracy for customers
  • Manage rentals and leases: Open/close files, complete documentation in Enrich, maintain records, and file finalized contracts
  • Coordinate with Service Teams to process repair needs and create chargeback cases for inbound issues.
  • Handle Customer, sales and operations inquiries, perform data entry, order processing and utilize shunt-driving experience.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the trailer/transportation industry.
  • Class 1 license
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • A team player who takes initiative and has a learner attitude.
