We are seeking a team player with a winning, positive attitude that specializes in business development. The sales representative will focus on prospecting, cultivating, and closing business by identifying new opportunities for the service and installation of overhead doors, docks, and related products with a focus on the industrial sector.

Responsibilities
-Accountable for prospecting new business, achieving sales goals, and increasing market share through identifying target, key, and growth accounts.
-Collaborate with field service technicians and management to assess customer needs for replacement products.
-Identify and close new preventative maintenance opportunities.
-Prepare and present proposals for aftermarket services and new equipment.
-Develop quarterly sales plans, track market trends, and forecast sales pipeline with regular updates.
-Build strong professional relationships within client organizations.
-Maintain high customer satisfaction and assist with billing and collections when needed.


Qualifications
• B2B, outside sales experience, preferably in a mechanical/technical, industrial or building materials environment, ideally with exposure to aftermarket sales
• Results oriented problem solver, possessing a high level of personal integrity and attention to detail
• Hands on sales professional and hunter
• Strong, professional presentation skills
• Outstanding negotiation and organizational abilities
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills in the English language
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
