Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support for all operations, systems, and reporting functions.
- Maintain and update data across all systems and in the CRM.
- Create and update company communications and marketing materials.
- Act as the first point of contact for the company across multiple channels (email, phone, etc.)
Qualifications: - Related post-secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize multiple deliverables, strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable interacting with high-level clients.
- A valid driver's license and car are required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, any CRM platform, and/or HTML are an asset.
