Production Supervisor – Meat / Food ManufacturingBrampton, ON (On-Site – 5 Days/Week)
Day & Afternoon Shift(Flexible)
$80,000–$85,000 per year + 3 Weeks Vacation + Full Benefits + Team Perks We’re seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced meat/food manufacturing facility. This role is primarily floor-based (80% production floor / 20% reporting & admin) and ideal for a leader who thrives in operations, problem-solving, and team development. What You’ll Do

Directly manage 7–8 team leads / direct reports
Lead daily shift handovers and production meetings
Spend 80% of your time on the production floor, driving standards and performance
Ensure production targets, KPIs, GMP, HACCP, and OHSA compliance are met
Monitor and reduce downtime, troubleshoot equipment issues, and implement corrective actions
Identify areas for continuous improvement (efficiency, waste reduction, workflow)
Maintain and enforce production and food safety standards
Collaborate with QA, Maintenance, Sanitation, HR, and Logistics
Complete end-of-shift production reports and performance summaries

What You Bring

5+ years’ supervisory experience in food manufacturing (meat experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of food safety standards, GMP, HACCP, and OHSA
Proven ability to resolve production and equipment issues in real time
Comfortable leading discussions with general labourers and cross-functional teams
Adaptable, dynamic leadership style in fast-paced environments
ERP system experience and strong reporting skills
