The Opportunity
Shape Something Different - Join our Thunder Bay office as a Structural Engineer-in-Training and accelerate your growth in a collaborative Resources Engineering group. You'll work on industrial projects ranging from new builds to rehabilitation, supporting institutional and government clients. This role offers hands-on design experience, site investigations, and opportunities to see your ideas come to life-all while building confidence and professional relationships in a supportive environment.
Your Impact
- Assist with the design and calculation of building and industrial structures, applying engineering principles to real-world projects.
- Contribute to technical reports, construction specifications, and tender documentation.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in design management discussions.
- Conduct site investigations and inspections, evaluating structural conditions and ensuring compliance.
- Apply sustainable practices and innovative thinking to project delivery.
- Support project managers by providing timely updates and technical input.

Compensation
BC, AB, SK, NWT & NU : $73,400 - $97,200
MB & ON : $67,000 - $92,200
Atlantic Provinces & QC : $66,300 - $88,000
