Job description

Join Randstad in a full-time, high-impact role driving safety and efficiency across our site operations. As our lead outdoor material handler, you will keep site logistics moving cleanly, rain or shine, in a secure and reliable work environment

What We Offer:

Competitive Wages: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour

Reliable Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (overtime opportunities available)

Job Security: Permanent position with an immediate start date

Must have experience operating yard forklift, valid forklift license and reliable vehicle as site is not transit accessible.

Advantages
Competitive Pay: Earn $21.00 – $25.00/hour starting wage.

Job Stability: Secure a full-time, permanent position with an immediate start.

Work-Life Balance: Maintain a predictable Monday – Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) with weekends off.

Lead the Yard: Take full ownership as the primary point of contact for materials, tools, and deliveries.

Dynamic Role: Stay active in a fast-paced mix of hands-on material handling, inventory tracking, and yard coordination.

Responsibilities
Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate a forklift outdoors to load, unload, move, and stage heavy materials.

Space & Inventory Management: Optimize yard space to keep materials protected from weather damage and easily accessible for upcoming projects.

Safety & Quality Control: Perform routine equipment and material inspections while strictly following all outdoor operating and workplace safety standards.

Qualifications
Certifications: Valid Forklift license and a valid Driver’s License required.

Technical Experience: Proven hands-on track record operating forklifts safely in busy, high-traffic environments.

Environment: Comfort and readiness to work outdoors year-round in all weather conditions.

Core Skills: Strong self-starter with sharp attention to detail, adaptability, and clear verbal and written communication skills.
