We are looking for an experienced Pharmacy Manager to join a pharmacy located approximately 50 km east of Calgary city centre.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a pharmacist looking for competitive compensation, leadership responsibility, and an attractive total rewards package.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
CAD $124,700–$157,000/year
Equivalent to approximately $60–$75/hour based on 40 hours/week
Location premium: $10,400/year
Travel allowance: $2,020/year for candidates travelling from outside Strathmore
Short-Term Incentive Plan: up to 18% of regular earnings
Pension: 5% employer matching, eligible after 1 year
Standard health benefits
Paid sick time for full-time employees
🗓️ Schedule
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM
Weekends: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM

As Pharmacy Manager, you will oversee daily pharmacy operations while providing excellent patient care and leading the pharmacy team.
The pharmacy uses Kroll and offers an established environment where you can focus on clinical care, team leadership, and operational excellence.
What We're Looking For
Pharmacist licensed to practice in Alberta
2 years of Alberta experience as a Staff Pharmacist, OR
2 years of pharmacy management experience outside Alberta
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Patient-focused approach
Kroll experience is an asset
