We are looking for dedicated and motivated Production Workers to join our client's growing food manufacturing facility. As a key member of our client's production team, you will be involved in various stages of the food production process, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of quality and food safety. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and value teamwork.
Where : Multiple Locations across the Lower Mainland, BC
Pay rate : 19 to 23
Shifts : AM / PM / Overnight

Responsibilities
Assembly and Processing : Operate and monitor production equipment, and assist with the preparation, assembly, and packaging of food products according to company specifications.
Quality Control : Inspect products for defects, ensure all items meet our strict quality standards, and report any issues immediately.
Packaging and Labeling : Accurately package and label finished goods for shipping and distribution.
Sanitation : Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, adhering to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company hygiene policies.
Safety Adherence : Follow all established safety protocols, including wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Teamwork : Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
Experience : Previous experience in a food production, manufacturing, or warehouse environment is an asset, but we are willing to train motivated individuals.
Physical Demands : Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs. , and perform repetitive tasks.
Hygiene & Safety : Strong commitment to food safety and personal hygiene practices (GMP).
Attention to Detail : Excellent ability to identify and address product quality issues.
Work Ethic : Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
Language : Basic English communication skills required to follow instructions and safety warnings.
