Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Wage: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
We're seeking an Account Manager responsible for managing sales, client relationships, and the growth of their team. A successful candidate will sustain long-term relationships with assigned clients, provide strategic development, and lead National Account Coordinators to achieve client retention and organic revenue growth.
- Provide strong client recaps on programs and identify new opportunities to retain and upsell.
- Wrap up customer projects on time while adapting to sudden changes.
- Follow up with clients who express concerns or issues.
- Instill trust and confidence with clients through regular meetings.
- Demonstrate a full understanding of budgets and ensure targets are achieved.
- Identify upselling opportunities and create action plans to achieve sales goals.
- Introduce clients to other MCA services and educate them about these offerings.
- Ensure the field is set up for success through open communication and positive energy.
- Communicate information clearly and accurately, both verbally and in writing.
- Take the initiative to explore and suggest new approaches to improve quality and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure call reports are properly set up in the system and paperwork is translated and posted to the web in a timely manner.
- Track performance consistently and measure results against customer KPIs.
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Possesses a university or college degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Has at least 3 years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Utilizes strong written and oral communication skills, including effective presentations.
- Is proficient with Word, Excel, databases, and email.
- Demonstrates strong planning, organization, and attention to detail.
- Is proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven.
- Has a proven track record of client retention and growth.
