Canlan Sports is currently looking for a Performance Marketing Coordinator.

This is a new role.

Rate of Pay : $57,000 - $60,000 / year

Job Summary :

Reporting to the Manager, Content Strategy, the Performance Marketing Coordinator at Canlan Sports is responsible for supporting the execution and reporting of paid digital advertising campaigns. The role involves deploying, coordinating, and monitoring advertising across platforms like Google Ads and Meta to enhance sports communities and deliver exceptional participant experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Deploying and coordinating paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta.
• Implementing approved creative, copy, audiences, and budgets provided by the Manager, Content Strategy.
• Monitoring campaign delivery, pacing, and spend to ensure alignment with assigned budgets.
• Conducting routine checks to ensure campaigns are active and optimized.
• Collecting and organizing performance data for reporting.
• Building and maintaining reporting dashboards and campaign documentation.
• Addressing performance anomalies, delivery issues, or platform concerns.

Key Responsibilities :

Execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Search & Performance Max, Meta, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Report daily, weekly, and monthly on performance data from platforms and analytics tools.

Provide actionable recommendations for improving performance, efficiency, and resonance across content pillars and business objectives.

Own the setup, tagging, and tracking of campaigns using UTM codes and social tracking tools.
