As an Operator, you’ll take full ownership of a local painting operation, learning marketing & sales, hiring and leading a team, managing production, and delivering exception customer experience - all while receiving one-on-one coaching and support from experienced business mentors

Required Qualifications:
Full-time access to a vehicle from January - August
Valid driver’s license
Student or recent graduate able to commit 15–25 hours/week (Jan–Apr) and 40–60+ hours/week (May–Aug)
Strong work ethic, coachable mindset, and willingness to learn
Compensation:
Commission (Uncapped) + Performance Bonuses
The average operator earns $26,000+ from January - August
Top performers see earnings from $40,000 - $60,000+ from January - August
