Job description
Tired of crawling through attics in July? Or customers who "forgot to mention" the unit's in a closet with zero clearance?
We build new apartments with modern systems. Mini-splits and HRVs. Everything accessible. Everything planned.
THE WORK:
- Installing mini-split heat pumps (no fossil fuels)
- HRV/ERV systems for each unit
- New construction = clean, accessible locations
- Same building layouts = efficient installation
- Commissioning and balancing
THE SETUP:
- All equipment on-site when you arrive
- Refrigerant lines pre-cut to length
- Laborers position units (you're not a furniture mover)
- Clear mechanical plans showing everything
- Site super coordinates hole drilling with framers
- Weekly pay + bonuses for efficient work
Example: HRV install estimated at 8 hours. You nail it in 6 hours? Get paid for 8.5 hours. Quality work, more money.
THE DAILY:
- Morning coffee ready (actual good coffee)
- Real bathrooms, proper lunch area
- Professional site - no drama, no BS
- Focus on technical work, not hauling equipment
- Steady new construction work within 90 mins of HRM
REQUIREMENTS:
- HVAC license/certification
- Experience with heat pumps and ventilation
- Own gauges and hand tools
- Quality installations (we test everything)
- Reliable transportation
