Job descriptionCultivate relationships with developers and technical leaders via online platforms. Inspire developers at conferences, panels, meetups, and remote events. Advocate for developers’ needs within the Auth0 product unit. Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to improve the developer experience. Review early documentation, SDKs, and product capabilities from a content perspective. Back up insights and feedback to inform product development and content strategy. Develop and execute content strategies to reach and engage developers. Create high-quality technical content (blog posts, tutorials, documentation, videos, code samples). Translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging content. Technical background with hands‑on experience; familiarity with identity standards is a plus. AI tooling and coding experience. A passion for inspiring developer audiences and creating content that helps developers succeed. Ability to drive cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders across engineering, product, and marketing. Experience in developer advocacy, senior technical content, or technical customer success. Experience with at least one authentication or authorization protocol (OAuth, OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, LDAP). Understanding of core security concerns (password hashing, SSL / TLS, encryption at rest, XSS, XSRF). Experience building web, mobile, and IoT applications across front and back end. Benefits
Annual base salary range for San Francisco Bay Area : $114,000—$172,000 CAD. Compensation may vary based on skills and location. Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits : health, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible spending account, paid leave (including PTO and parental leave).
Some roles may require travel to an office location for in‑person onboarding.
