Job description

Our client, a well-established organization in the Transportation Industry is looking for an Account Manager, specializing in Automotive Parts , to join their team.

This role is fully remote, however, does require frequent travel across Ontario.

Responsibilities :

  • Support client groups with understanding all internal systems, policies, and procedures
  • Partner with clients to understand product requirements to match local market needs
  • Facilitates product & sales training for internal team members
  • Develop communications to internal teams to ensure up-to-date knowledge
  • Develop retail sales strategies with client groups to meet KPIs and objectives
  • Ensures merchandising is represented accurately in showrooms to drive retails sales, and product awareness
  • Managing relationships with suppliers and Regional Sales Manager to identify growth opportunities
  • Proactively develop client network for assigned territory relating to promotions, trade fairs, open houses, and other marketing events
  • Schedule and attend regular meetings with Managers & Senior Leaders to understand opportunities to improve sales processes
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and competitor market

Supporting clients with managing stock levels and availability of parts to support customer needs in assigned territory
