• Your primary responsibility is processing vendor invoices and payments. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working as part of a team in an open office setting;
• they should posses efficient multitasking skills with a strong ability to problem solve. If you are a self-motivated person that is eager to learn and improve processes, we want you to apply!Key Responsibilities : Reviewing Accounts Payable invoices for accuracy, necessary approvals, and proper coding;
• Creating Accounts Payable Invoice batches with minimal errors and within vendor payment terms resulting in no late fees;Maintaining great customer relationships by responding quickly and accurately to both internal (employee) and external (vendor) questions and requests for information;

Full cycle Accounts Payable processes;Provide support to other departments and the business as needed;Other duties as assigned.

• Key QualificationsMinimum 1-2 Years experience in Accounts Payable is preferred;Business or accounting diploma would be considered a great asset;
• You pay close attention to detail;You possess strong time management skills : you enjoy prioritizing, organizing and planning to meet all deadlines and are able to think outside the box;
• You're an effective communicator & are fluent in English (Both written and verbal);You have basic computer and Microsoft office skills;
