What youll be doing :
- Support managers and employees across multiple provinces with day-to-day HR guidance
- Support employees and leaders across multiple provinces with expert guidance on medical leaves accommodations and WCB claims
- Manage all aspects of employee leaves (STD LTD WCB personal and medical)from documentation to return-to-work planning
- Coordinate workplace accommodations in alignment with medical documentation and legislative requirements
- Advise on employment legislation policies compensation and benefits
- Coach leaders through performance management and progressive discipline
- Share data driven insights and solutions based on engagement surveys stay and exit surveys
- Provide tailored learning and development to individuals and groups
- Lead investigations and support employee relations matters
- Own exciting HR projects that move usand youforward
