Responsibilities

At the heart of the production team, your tasks will combine light machinery operation, packaging, and quality control:

Machine Operation & Adjustments: Ensure the smooth operation of assembly machinery and make minor equipment adjustments to guarantee the production of quality parts.

Packaging & Weighing: Perform scale calibration adjustments on packing tables to ensure precise product quantities in containers; detect any scale malfunctions and apply quick corrective actions.

Tool Handling: Safely operate small hand tools, power tools, and other production equipment (compactors, scales, manual pallet jacks, etc.).

Quality Assurance: Strictly follow quality control protocols and actively participate in required line audits.

Health & Safety: Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental policies, and participate in related safety activities.

Support the team during workstation rotations (manual assembly and packaging) and perform other related manufacturing tasks.

Qualifications
Skills: Excellent manual dexterity, fast-paced execution, and comfort using small hand tools and light equipment.

Flexibility: Great team spirit and an openness to task rotation (workstations alternate between assembly and packaging to keep your workday dynamic and engaging!).

Technical Reading: Ability to follow clear work instructions, interpret work orders, and read parts lists.

Physical Requirements: Good general physical fitness, ability to work standing or sitting throughout the shift, and occasionally lift loads up to 25 lbs.

Summary
