En tant que technicien de fabrication - Emballage, vous serez chargé(e) de :

Assister à la mise en place et au fonctionnement des équipements dans un environnement de traitement biologique pour les produits pharmaceutiques dérivés du plasma. Les équipements comprennent : ligne d'emballage (manchonneuse, étiqueteuse, encartonneuse, emballeuse, palettiseur). Machine d'inspection visuelle semi-automatique

Les responsabilités comprennent :

Nettoyage minutieux des é quipements / installations conformément aux normes SOP / cGMP.

Suivre la formation technique complète requise.

Respecter strictement les règles de sécurité du département.

Emballer les flacons remplis, y compris surveiller les paramètres de traitement (c'est-à-dire le système de code-barres du numéro de lot de la caméra).

Inspection des produits emballés et préemballés afin de détecter d'éventuels défauts ;

Comptage précis des produits préemballés et postemballés ;

Documentation en temps réel pendant la production, y compris la tenue des registres de production par lot.

Formation et expérience :

Diplôme d'études secondaires requis, diplôme du CEGEP dans un domaine approprié acceptable. Diplôme collégial ou baccalauréat acceptable. Diplôme en sciences ou en ingénierie préférable.

1 an d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine de la fabrication. (Une expérience pertinente dans l'industrie alimentaire, pharmaceutique ou des plastiques est préférable.) Une expérience acquise dans le cadre d'un diplôme du CEGEP, d'un collège ou d'une université est acceptable. Une expérience dans le secteur pharmaceutique, alimentaire ou des plastiques est préférable.

Connaissances et compétences :

Maîtrise de l'anglais ou du français à l'oral et à l'écrit.

Une grande précision dans la documentation est indispensable. Connaissances informatiques de base.

Disponibilité pour travailler à n'importe quel horaire, y compris le week-end.

Capacité à soulever / pousser 50 lb (environ 20 kg).

Tout le travail est effectué dans un environnement de fabrication en salle blanche (désinfectée) et nécessite le port d'une blouse. Doit être capable de travailler dans un environnement froid, le travail nécessite de se pencher ou de rester debout pendant de longues périodes.

REMARQUE : pour les techniciens de fabrication effectuant des inspections visuelles en tant que personnes qualifiées, les qualifications supplémentaires suivantes sont requises : examen de la vue, y compris un test de daltonisme.

As a Manufacturing Technician - Packaging, you will be :

Responsible for assisting with equipment setup and operation in a biologics processing environment for plasma derived pharmaceuticals. Equipment includes : Packaging Line (sleever, labeller, cartoner, case packer, palletizer). Semi-automatic visual inspection machine

Responsibilities include :

Detailed cleaning of equipment / facilities to SOP / cGMP standards.

Complete technical training profile as required

Strict adherence to Dept. Safety Rules

Packaging of filled vials including monitoring processing parameters (i.e. camera batch number barcode system).

Inspecting packaged and pre-packaged products for possible defects;

Conducting an accurate count of pre and post packaged products;

Performing real-time documentation during the production run which includes execution of batch production records.

Education and Experience :

High School Diploma required, CEGEP degree in an appropriate field is acceptable. College Degree or Bachelors degree is acceptable. Degree in sciences or engineering is preferred.

1 yr relevant experience in Manufacturing. (relevant experience is preferred to be in food, pharma or plastics industry) Experience through CEGEP / College / University degree is acceptable. Manufactuirng experience in pharma, food or plastics industry is preferred.

Knowledge and Skills :

English or French fluency both verbal and written.

Accurate documentation skills is a must. Basic computer skills.

Must be available to work any shift, including weekends.

Ability to lift / push 50 lbs (Approximately 20 kg equivalent).

All work is preformed in a clean room (sanitized) manufacturing environment and must gown up. Must be able to work in a cold environment , job requires bending or standing for prolonged periods.

NOTE : For manufacturing technicians performing visual inspection as a qualified person, the following additional qualifications are required : eye sight exam including color blindness testing
