Position : Accounts Payable Technician / PayrollLocation : Montréal Salary : Up to $75,000Are you an organized, detail-driven AP professional looking to take on a broader role that includes payroll and month-end responsibilities? Our client is growing and looking for an Accounts Payable Technician / Payroll to join their finance team.Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you will manage key accounting operations, ensure accurate financial processing, and play an active role in improving internal controls and workflows. If you enjoy ownership, autonomy, and being a trusted go-to resource, this role could be an excellent fit.What You'll Be Doing : - Manage the full accounts payable cycle- Process payroll and all government payroll filings- Handle employee and partner expense reports- Reconcile corporate credit cards- Support month-end closing and reporting- Identify process improvements and strengthen internal controls- Provide backup to the finance team when needed- Assist with ad hoc projects and tasksWhat We're Looking For : - 2-4 years of experience in a similar role- Strong understanding of AP, payroll, and the full accounting cycle- Experience with an ERP system (asset)- Payroll certification (asset)Key Skills : - Strong Excel skills- High attention to detail and accuracy- Organized, resourceful, and able to manage priorities- Strong problem-solving skills and leadership mindset- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretionIf you're looking for a role where you can contribute, grow, and be part of a collaborative team, this could be the right opportunity for you.Interested?
