Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our marketing efforts and drive growth through innovative strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce, and analytics, with a proven ability to manage campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive sales. This role requires a creative thinker who can analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our e-commerce platform.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels including SEO, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising (Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising).
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Oversee product management initiatives to ensure alignment with marketing strategies and sales goals.
  • Utilize Google Analytics to track campaign performance and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content using Adobe Creative Suite for various platforms including WordPress.
  • Manage budgeting for marketing initiatives while ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the company at the forefront of digital marketing innovations.

Skills

  • Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Experience with Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords for targeted campaigns.
  • Excellent research skills to inform strategic decisions.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes and product management principles.
  • Familiarity with HTML for website updates and enhancements.
  • Ability to create compelling content using Adobe Creative Suite applications.
