The Opportunity

We are looking for an Account Executive to grow with us. You will manage existing accounts alongside our Senior Account Executives and build your own territory from the ground up.

No two days are the same. One day you are presenting a new packaging idea to a major retailer; the next you are working with our design and production teams to bring it to life.

What You'll Do

• Grow and support existing accounts using a consultative, value-based sales approach
• Win new business: research new markets and industries, prospect, cold call, and run LinkedIn, email and direct mail campaigns
• Partner with our Senior Account Executives on major corporate accounts, including projects that bring together the products of both companies
• Own the full sales cycle: client presentations, information requests, quotations, product development and design, order processing, and handoff to our production, logistics, accounting and customer service teams
• Lead client meetings as a packaging consultant, presenting ideas with confidence and negotiating terms
• Keep your pipeline organized and up to date in NetSuite and Salesforce
• Represent us at trade shows, industry events and client visits
• Prepare annual sales plans and budgets, track your results and report regularly to management

What You Bring

• 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management or project management
• Experience with retail, packaging, promotional products, logistics or related industries is an asset
• A track record of winning new business or growing accounts
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage several projects at once
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Design or a related field preferred
• Able to work in-office at 20 Tangiers Road and travel to visit clients as needed

Hiring Range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year in combined salary and commission-based annual compensation. A candidate's experience and knowledge may be factored into the pay a candidate receives for this position. This position follows a salary-plus-commission structure for the first 12 months and will transition to a commission-based compensation model thereafter.
