Job description

We are seeking a proactive and resourceful Office Manager for a mid sized corporate office.

This high-ownership role involves overseeing day-to-day office management, coordinating with vendors and landlords, managing space planning and renovation projects, and supporting executive visits and corporate events. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, service-oriented environment and is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Serve as the primary contact for landlord / property manager and all vendors (cleaning, maintenance, security, insurance).
  • Manage office equipment and services : postage, couriers, kitchen appliances, phones, security / access systems.
  • Oversee stationery and office supplies : ordering, inventory, and replenishment.
  • Monitor office capacity and lead space planning initiatives.
  • Track real estate expenses against budget.
  • Lead office-related projects such as file room conversion, reception updates, and workstation additions.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines; supervise contractors and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide meeting room support and arrange catering for town halls and corporate events.
