Position Summary

We are looking for an individual with a passion for excellence in eLearning development who is excited by the challenge of a dynamic environment. As an eLearning Specialist you will be working with clinicians administrative managerial research and technical staff whose computer skills range from basic to advanced. You will be supporting staff whose goal is to provide exemplary patient care innovative research and teaching.

Duties

As an integral member of Digital Education the principal focus for the  eLearning Specialist will be :

• Design develop and maintain dynamic interactive AODA compliant and user-friendly multimedia training solutions using Adobe Cloud Snag It Captivate Vyond and Articulate software
• Partner with colleagues and internal teams to design develop and configure quality SCORM compliant and HTML e-learning
• Collaborate with members of the curriculum development and training team to provide design guidance on storyboards content flow brainstorm / problem solve optimal educational design and determine resources required to meet project timelines with quality results
• Produce quality eLearning course material including course design documents course outlines course descriptions course storyboards diagrams interactive exercises and assessments
• Understand and / or create storyboards and scripts for e-learning
