Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Web 3.0, blockchain, and crypto products that align with the company's mission and goals.
  • Define, build, and prioritize the product roadmap based on business objectives and customer needs.
  • Spearheaded the development of blockchain and crypto products, ensuring user stories are well-documented, prioritized, and meet the defined acceptance criteria.
  • Implement Agile methodologies, manage the product backlog, gather requirements, and contribute innovative ideas to improve the overall product. Schedule product demos and coordinate product reviews
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, QA, and business development, to ensure alignment on product goals and successful execution and delivery
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscapes in blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and crypto domains to inform product decisions.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and blockchain market data to inform product iterations and enhancements.
  • Identify potential risks in the crypto product landscape, including compliance, security, and market volatility, and devise strategies to mitigate them.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring effective market penetration.
  • Utilize product metrics to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Manage project budgets for development and testing, ensuring resources are used efficiently.

Job Requirement :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owne r / Product Manager within a technology-focused environment.
  • Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and proficiency in backlog management.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching B2C products.
  • Experience in sectors such as Fintech , Web3 , or Blockchain / Crypto technologies is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, adept at influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA , Confluence , or similar software.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills for tackling complex, ambiguous challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster consensus and alignment among senior stakeholders.
